six brief (2-4 minute) videos there beginning with Aerobic Exercise Types. View each segment
and write a brief summary of each. Make a word document and bring to class on Thursday in
order to get credit for this assignment. Your paper should be between 1-2 pages in length,
correct grammar, spell checked. No late papers will be accepted. Papers are due at 11AM
Thursday, November 6, 2008.
