six brief (2-4 minute) videos there beginning with Aerobic Exercise Types. View each segment
and write a brief summary of each. Make a word document and bring to class on Thursday in
order to get credit for this assignment. Your paper should be between 1-2 pages in length,
correct grammar, spell checked. No late papers will be accepted. Papers are due at 11AM

A. List and describe briefly the “gold standard” used for assessing total Body Density (Db). It is the
most valid, reliable, and widely used laboratory method for assessing total Body Density (Db).
B. Describe the Bod Pod and its use.
C. Describe DXA procedures briefly.
D. List and explain three field methods for assessing body composition.
E. What was the most ‘outstanding’ portion of your ‘work’ in the lab with Mr. Delgado? Explain fully.
